Vendors must:
Provide accurate business information
Comply with messaging and telecom regulations
Maintain ethical marketing practices
2. Messaging Compliance
Vendors must ensure:
All contacts have opted-in
No spam or unsolicited messaging
Compliance with WhatsApp Business policies
Compliance with TRAI / telecom regulations (if applicable)
3. Commission & Payments
Platform fees and commissions (if applicable) will be clearly defined.
Vendors are responsible for taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.
4. Content Responsibility
Vendors are solely responsible for:
Message content
Campaign targeting
Legal compliance
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend vendor accounts
Block messaging access
Withhold payouts in case of fraud or abuse
