Service Description Vixa provides WhatsApp marketing and Bulk SMS messaging tools that allow users to send promotional and transactional messages to opted-in recipients. 3. User Responsibilities Users agree to: Send messages only to recipients who have given explicit consent. Not send spam, phishing, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal content. Comply with all applicable telecom, data protection, and anti-spam laws. Follow WhatsApp Business and SMS regulatory guidelines. 4. Prohibited Activities Users must NOT: Send unsolicited bulk messages. Promote illegal products or services. Send adult, gambling, hate, or misleading content. Use purchased or scraped contact lists. 5. Account Suspension We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for: Policy violations Spam complaints Regulatory breaches Abuse of platform services No refunds will be provided for violations. 6. Payments & Refunds All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Messaging credits once used cannot be reversed. 7. Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for: Message delivery failures due to third-party networks WhatsApp number bans Telecom operator filtering Regulatory penalties due to user misuse
